Every month, we’ll meet, review your priorities, and plan process design or improvements, system optimizations, HR programs , or other services needed:
Design new or fix broken HR process
Add new HR services and /or improve turnaround time
Design and implement new HR programs
Turn on new functionality in your exiting HR system(s)
Streamline processes and create efficiencies to save time and manual labor – enough so they often hire fewer employees or reassign existing staff to higher-value activities like retention, training, etc. Of course, this produces even more ROI
Research new systems and applications
Create/revise forms, job aids and instructional documents
Create new job descriptions, research market data, create salary grades and develop career paths
Pricing Options
1 year contract: $1,875 / month*
6 month contract: $2,275/month*
3 month contract: $2,775/month*
New contracts signed will receive a high-level process and system assessment & recommendation with the first month’s hours.
Additional Hours can be purchased for special projects for $125/hour (see examples below)
