Alice Walker, Principal HR Business Consultant

Alice Walker brings 25 years of experience with systems and process, as well as Six Sigma training and certification. She and the entire HR WoRx team if scrappy, experienced HR executives conduct end-to-end projects for clients for a finite time period, using a fractional consultant model. They love to dig in, do the work, hustle and build strong client relationships.

 

Alice founded HR WoRx in 219 and has quickly built a company with a reputation for generating results and being great to work with. Already. HR WoRx has served 25 clients in the Twin Cities metro area and nationally.

 

Before starting the company, Alice managed HR at Seagate for over 9 years, overseeing the company’s global HR processes and systems. Along the way, she and her team helped develop the roadmap and standard operating procedures for the company’s HR function, determined what technology was needed to support the business objectives, brought that function to life and then supported the new processes and systems both strategically and tactically.

 

She also worked at Cargill, helping implement new HR processes, systems and standard operating procedures on a global level.

 

Since 2018, Alice has a variety of experience helping small to medium sized companies analyze their HR function and implement solutions and systems to increase efficiency, compliance, and maximize their HR results in a cost-effective manner.
